To kickstart your retirement annuity transfer, simply send an email to fnbwitransfersupport@fnb.co.za requesting a transfer. Please attach your current Retirement Annuity statement (from your existing provider) and a copy of your identity document. Our dedicated transfer support team will contact you within 24 hours and provide you with further assistance.

Things you can do:
Accessing your tax certificates
Tax certificates will be made available annually. You can download your tax certificates each year before you complete your tax return. Log on to FNB Online Banking > My Bank Accounts > My Accounts Menu > Statements > Tax Certificates.
Closing your account
In terms of current legislation, you may only retire from the age of 55 or later. Should you no longer wish to contribute to the retirement annuity, you make the investment paid up or withdraw the proceeds subject to tax (only applicable if the value is below R15 000).
Transferring your FNB Retirement Annuity to another provider
Email your written request to transfer and a copy of the other provider's completed and signed application form to fnbwitransfersupport@fnb.co.za. Our transfer support team will contact you within 24 hrs and provide you with further assistance in this regard.
