  2. Select your debit order account and then 'My Debit Orders'. A list of your debit orders will be displayed.
  3. Select the reason for disputing the debit order and then select 'Reverse' or 'Stop'.
  4. Select 'Confirm' to accept the terms and conditions.

  2. Select 'My Debit Orders'
  3. Select 'Stop'
  4. Select 'Amount changes'
  5. Select 'Yes' or 'No'
  6. Select 'Continue'
